Exhibition Name:

Willard Wigan Microsculptor

Description: This interactive exhibit showcases amazing works of art visible only by microscope. Guests will learn the inspirational story behind the artist. Growing up with dyslexia, Willard Wigan was ridiculed by his teachers and classmates for not learning to read. To escape, Willard would go to his shed to build homes for ants. As Willard grew up, he created smaller and smaller sculptures until they became tiny micro-sculptures visible only by microscope. As a talented sculptor, Willard was awarded an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire), has exhibited in numerous galleries around the world, and has been featured on TV. Exhibit includes sculptures, media presentations, interactives and photo ops. This jaw-dropping exhibit is both educational and family-friendly ideal for Art Museums, Children’s Museums, Malls, and Science Centers. Marketing and educational guides available along with hardware for sculpture viewing by media outlets.
